Hello, I'm Nicola.

I’ve worked for more than 15 years in brand licensing, bring brands to life through products and experiences. I've worked in the toy, gift, publishing, media and technology industries, both in house at companies including ITV and Walker Books, and for agencies, including Art + Science International. 

 

I’ve created successful commercial product ranges and worked on diverse projects in the UK and internationally. I’ve been part of award-winning teams and worked with many well-known brands, personalities and retailers.

I went freelance in 2019, and I specialise in getting businesses seen on social, ensuring that social media doesn't feel an afterthought. 

​

I am trained in Social Media Strategy and Management, which began with a Diploma in Social Media accredited by Digital Mums in 2019. 

​

I am a founding member of Digital Women and I continue to learn and update my skills through courses and CPD accredited training. I also hold a Meta (Facebook) Blueprint certification in Community Management. 

​

In 2023 I was a finalist for Freelancer of the year and Digital Woman for Good in the Digital Women awards. In 2024 I was selected for the Top 100 Marketers list by Alt Marketing School, and as a finalist for the 2024 Digital Women Awards.​

I specialise in social media strategy and training, offering individual and workshop sessions to help you make the most of social media for your business. I also work with clients on a retainer basis, and am part of the team at Products of Change.

I'm an active member in industry-wide and local networking groups.
I joined The Light Fund as a charity trustee in 2022, and I am a mentor for final year students at the University of Winchester. 

​

I live in Winchester, Hampshire and work flexibly around family life. I have two daughters, born in 2015 and 2017. In my spare time I organise the Compton 10k to support my daughters' school.
